50 Scents Most Wanted Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns for unopened and unused perfume bottles within 5 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct product or issue a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles. Open items will only be returned on case to case basis.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email us smw.50@outlook.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos (e.g., damaged or defective items).
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RAN on the package. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: For returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Store Responsibility: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing components, a partial refund may be issued.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
